How do I earn tickets?
All Queen Tier Rewards Members will receive 10 Free Tickets for each draw and an additional 100 points per ticket for the weekly draws which will carry over for the month.
Ticket earning for the draws in February will start on 1 February 2025
Ticket earning for the draws in March will start on 1 March 2025
When can I print tickets?
Qualifying Queen Tier Rewards Members can print tickets between 08h00 and 20h00 on draw days.
Proxy nominations will be made available from 08h00 until the start of the draw at the Tsogo Rewards Desk.

How do I know if I’m a winner?
Our Electronic Draw System, the TEEDS system will be used to select five (5) winners at each draw.
Draws will take place at the Main Casino promotional stage.
The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.
If the winner/proxy does not present themselves within 90 seconds, an alternative winner will be chosen (i.e., a redraw will take place).
Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.
