Terms and Conditions.

The parking fee for the Gold Reef City Casino is R20 for non-card holders and R10 Jack Tier cardholders. Entrance onto the complex id free for Jack, Queen, King and Ace Tier cardholders upon presentation of their valid Rewards card at the gate. Pedestrians pay a fee of R10.

Gold Reef City permits certain prearranged photo shoots. Wedding photos will only be allowed if the actual wedding was in the Gold Reef City Chapel, Family and Engagement photo shoots are not allowed unless agreed to by management in the form of a location shoot agreement.

Commercial photo and film shoots are charged a daily location fee from R50,000 and an additional R5,000 per ride for any rides that you require to be operational. T’s & C’s apply.

1. If it rains when the park is due to open, you will pay for a General Admissions ticket and the following rides will remain open; Water Rides, Jump City and 4D Theatre. All other attractions will also remain open for you to enjoy, such as Science Exploratory, Museum Houses, Gold Panning and Bullion Coaches. Please note: Water Rides will shut down in the case of thunder.
2. If it starts raining after you have entered the park, the rides will close and no refunds will be given.
3. If you have purchased an online ticket and have not redeemed it as yet you may change the date of your visit at no additional cost by via e-mail on goldreef.tickets@tsogosun.com  or calling our Customer Care Centre on +27 (0)11 248 6800.
