CASH FEVER

1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

Thursday Draws – All Tiers

4. This promotion is open to invited Gold Reef City reward cardholders.
5. Qualifying cardholders will each receive complimentary tickets based on their Tier:

• Black = 100 tickets
• Platinum = 50 tickets
• Gold = 20 tickets

6. From week 2, the previous week’s participants will receive additional tickets into the next week’s draw (10 Gold, 30 Platinum and 50 Black
7. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
8. All draws will be electronic draws whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system for the draws taking place on the Main casino floor on the following dates: 14, 21 & 28 September and 05, 12, 19, & 26 October 2023
9. Draw times are as follows:

• All Tier (Combined Draw) – 21h00

10. Qualifiers will need to enter the draws by printing their ticket at any e-Host on draw day which will automatically get into the electronic draw bin.
11. Draw tickets can be printed from 08h00 until 21h00 for all Gold Reef City Rewards cardholders.
12. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will occur.
13. If a participant declines to be present at the live draw, he/she must nominate a person to stand in on his/her behalf both the participant and nominee must present a positive and acceptable form of identification and both parties must complete and sign the proxy form.
14. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the winner; and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
15. All Participants are required to be present at the live draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of the draw.
16. Prize winners and proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce positive and acceptable form of identification.
17. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
18. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
19. Prizes are to be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.
20. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
21. Draw times dates, and qualification criteria will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
22. Prize winners will be required to produce a positive and acceptable form of identification to be verified as a winner.
23. All prizes must be claimed from Gold Reef City Casino within 15 days from the day of the draw.

46. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
47. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
