1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

Qualifying Heats

4. Patrons can enter if they have a Valid Gold Reef City Rewards card or a valid Proof of Identification (ID/Drivers License)
5. Qualifying heats will take place from 12h00 on 18 November 2024 until the last heat (after the last buy ins at 00:00) on 15 December 2024.
6. Entry to each heat of the tournament is by way of cash buy-in of R200 (cash chips and plaques will also be accepted). Players may re-enter as many times as they wish by way of re-buys provided that the re-buys are for different heats.
7. Each round will consist of the following;

• 5 x stacks of non-value chips
• 1 x maximum marker button
• 4 x spins
• A minimum of 1 x non value chip must be played per spin

8. Each entry purchased will be for individual heats and scores will not be added.
9. The maximum marker button must be played within the 4 allocated spins. The marker button will be applicable to the any straight up number of the layout.
10. Payment for winning bets or maximum bets will be applicable to standard Roulette payouts
11. No call bets or outside/even chances will be permissible
12. Promotional table denomination will be set at R10, with maximums to be applied at the table denomination.
13. Each participant will be allocated a time period of 30 seconds to place their respective bets, whereby bets will be closed thereafter
14. No bets to be altered or placed after betting has been closed
15. After the completion of the 4 spins, will remaining chips be calculated and documented as the relevant score
16. The score will be captured and displayed on the a tournament score board
17. Weekly prizes will be applicable for top weekly score and payable in cash to the winner, on every Monday of the tournament period
18. A maximum of 6 players at a time will constitute a heat, with a minimum of 1 player.
19. All buy ins will be allocated to the tournament distributed according to a progressive format, which will be displayed on the Leaderboard.

Wild Card Draw

20. All participants who have a valid Gold Reef City Rewards card that played in the weekly tournament qualifying heats but failed to obtain a seat into the Semi Finals, will be allocated a ticket and a lucky draw will take place, with 2 winners being allocated a seat each into the Semi Final.
21. These participants will be from position 11 on the Leaderboard.
22. This draw will include all runners up who will each be allocated 1 (one) entry ticket in the lucky draw. This will be an Equal Opportunity draw.
23. The draw dates and times will be as below;

• Date: 16 December 2024
• Time: 13h00
• Venue: Main Floor Tables Tournament area

24. Participants must register their entry into the draw at the eHost to be eligible to win.
25. The winners will be selected by way of a traditional draw and tickets must be printed from 08h00 and entered into the draw bin provided at the tournament area.
26. The draws will be attendance draws.
27. These winners will be allocated one seat each into the Semi Finals.
28. Draw times and dates; will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
29. All Participants are required to be present at the draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for their Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 on the draw day until 15 minutes prior to the start of each draw.
30. Participants or duly authorized representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required.
31. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to the prize and shall not take receipt of prize accruing to the Participants they represent.
32. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
33. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner that does not attend the draws, via the contact details available on the database.
34. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
35. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.

Semi-Final

Dates: 16 December 2024

Times: 14h00

Venue: Main Casino Floor – Tournament Area

36. The top 10 overall top scorers for the qualify period plus the 2 Wild card draw winners will qualify for the semi-finals.
37. Proxy nominations will be permitted and accepted on the day if Patrons have more than on seat in the Semi-Finals.
38. 12 x semi-final positions will compete in 2 x heats consisting of 6 x players each.
39. Once a Patron registered, they will select a Heat and Seat number.
40. Each Semi-finals heat in will consist of the following:

• 5 x stacks of non-value chips (R1, 000 Non Value chips)
• 1 x maximum marker button
• 4 x spins

41. A minimum of 1 x non value chip must be played per spin
42. The maximum marker button must be played within the 4 allocated spins. The marker button will be applicable to the any straight up number of the layout.
43. Payment for winning bets or maximum bets will be applicable to standard Roulette payouts
44. No call bets or outside/even chances will be permissible

51. The top 3 scorers per Semi-Final Heat will qualify for the Final Heat.
52. The Final heat will consist of 6 positions.
53. A random mechanic will be utilized to select the Patrons Seat position.
54. Proxy nominations will be permitted and accepted for the finals if a Patron has more than on seat in the Semi-Finals.
55. 6 x finalist positions will compete in 1 heat consisting of 6 x players.
56. The final Heat will consist of the following:

• 5 x stacks of non-value chips (R1, 000 Non Value chips)
• 1 x maximum marker button
• 4 x spins

57. A minimum of 1 x non value chip must be played per spin
58. The maximum marker button must be played within the 4 allocated spins. The marker button will be applicable to the any straight up number of the layout.

• 3^rd position – 4% of the Final Prize Pool (Money that will be allocated to the final heat)
• 4^th position – 3% of the Final Prize Pool (Money that will be allocated to the final heat)
• 5^th position – 2% of the Final Prize Pool (Money that will be allocated to the final heat)
• 6^th position – 1% of the Final Prize Pool (Money that will be allocated to the final heat)
