Wednesday Cash draws

4. The Wednesday Cash draws takes place every Wednesdays at 20h00 at Gold Reef City’s promotional stage in the Month of February and March 2025.
5. This promotion will be open to specific Gold Reef Rewards cardholders with all tiers being able to receive an accumulative amount of tickets by activating their tickets as follows:

6. These draws are an electronic draw which will utilize the Teeds system which will select winners randomly.
7. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
8. Qualifiers will need to enter the draw by printing their ticket/s at any e-Host on draw day or enter their tickets via the Mobile app whilst on Property.
9. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables for the Mobile App to permit entry.
10. Draw tickets can be printed and entered from 08h00 until 19h55.
11. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce positive and acceptable form of identification.
12. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
13. Patrons can only win once per promotional day.
14. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
15. Participants must activate their entry into the draw, on the day of the draw prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the eHosts are open. The opening and closing times for the eHosts will be advertised through mediums and will be communicated via SMS to the qualifiers.
16. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.

All Participants are required to be present at the live draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of each draw.
18. Prize winners and proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce positive and acceptable form of identification.
19. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
20. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
21. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.
22. Prize winners will also be given an additional R500 if they can verify that they have downloaded the Tsogo Sun mobile Application and have registered

Saturday Car draws

24. The Saturday Car draws are open to Gold Reef City Rewards cardholders.
25. The Saturday Car draws will take place on 01 February, 01 & 29 March 2025.
26. Draws will take place at 3pm, 7pm and 9pm.
27. Tickets will be calculated 100 points per ticket from 08h00 on 25 January 2025 until each draw date.
28. Complimentary tickets per draw will be issued as follows: Ace = 50, King = 40, Queen = 30, Jack = 20 and 10 Tier = 10 tickets.

7pm Cash draw

97. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
98. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
