How to enter?

 

All you need to do to qualify is play your favourite Slots or Tables game with your Gold Reef City Rewards Card to qualify for draw tickets.

The promotion is an equal opportunity promotion with all qualifying cardholders receiving tickets based on tier:

Gold Cardholders – 25 Tickets

Platinum Cardholder – 50 Tickets

Black Cardholders – 100 Tickets

 

When to print tickets?

 

Qualifying Gold Reef City Cardholders Tickets can be printed from 08h00 until the draw start time on 24 September 2023.

Proxy nominations will be made available from 08h00 until the start of the draw at the Customer Service Desk or the Privé whilst ticket printing is available.

 

How do I know if I am a winner?

 

Our Electronic Draw System, the TEEDS system will be used to select five (5) winners at the draw.

5 Lucky winners will be selected at the 21h00 draw at the promotional stage.

The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.

If the winner/proxy does not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (i.e. a redraw will take place).

Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. This promotion is open to invited Gold Reef City Reward cardholders.
  5. Qualifying cardholders will each receive tickets based on their card tier as follows:
  • Gold Cardholders: 25 tickets
  • Platinum Cardholders: 50 tickets
  • Black Cardholders: 100 tickets
  1. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  2. All draws will be electronic draws whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system for the draws taking place on the Main casino floor on the 24 September 2023 at 21h00
  3. Qualifiers will need to enter the draws by printing their ticket at any e-Host on draw day which will automatically get into the electronic draw bin.
  4. Draw tickets can be printed from 08h00 until 21h00.
  5. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  6. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  7. Draw times dates, and qualification criteria will be sent to qualifying members via SMS.
  8. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  9. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  10. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  11. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
  12. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  13. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
