The Tsogo Sun Royal Flush

1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

Wednesday Bonus Jackpots

4. The Wednesday Bonus Jackpot sessions are open only to Gold Reef City Ace, King and Queen Reward’s cardholders.
5. The Wednesday Bonus Jackpot sessions will take place Every Wednesday from 11 September until 27 November 2024: during the following times:

• 18h00 to 19h00
• 20h00 to 21h00

6. 15 winners per hour will be made and a total of 30 per Wednesday Bonus Jackpots.
7. The Random Application Player Selection (‘RAPS’) application will used to select Bonus Jackpot winners that have qualified at a particular Slot machine or Table game.
8. Guests can enter the Bonusing session by playing on any Slot machine or Table’s game on the Main Casino floor, Salon Prive or at Barneys Casino Floor on the Activation days during the Activation times.
9. Participants who have met the qualifying criteria, must be actively playing at a Slot machine or Table game during the Bonussing Sessions to stand a chance to win.

Selected winners must present themselves in person at the selected device within 90 seconds from the time the promotions team arrives at the selected device, alternatively if such prize winner is actively engaged in gambling activity at a nearby device, subject to the use of a Rewards card, the prizes will be handed over to those prize winners at the respective gaming device.
12. Once a winner has been determined, the promotions representative will verify that the RAPS winner information corresponds with the player found at the gaming device.
13. Each random winner will be presented with a prize card, indicating a cash value.
14. After the winner has selected his/her choice, the prize card is revealed by the winner and is swopped out for the cash value by the promotions representative.
15. A register will be available at Customer Service Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the Bonussing sessions, before each session starts, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for the sessions on the day or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
16. If the prize winner does not present themselves within 90 seconds and if he or she has not declined to be present by not signing a decline register, or is not the rightful owner of the Rewards card selected by RAPS, a re-selection will be conducted.
17. Certain Slot Machines are excluded from Bonusing which is clearly marked.
18. If a participant plays with a Rewards card that does not belong to him/her, he/she will forfeit his/her prize and a re-draw will be done.

Saturday Bonus Jackpots

19. The Saturday Bonus Jackpot sessions are open only to All Gold Reef City Reward’s cardholders.
20. The Saturday Bonus Jackpot sessions will take place Every Saturday from 14 September until 30 November 2024: during the following times:

• 16h00 to 17h00
• 18h00 to 19h00
• 20h00 to 21h00

21. 15 winners per hour will be made and a total of 45 per Saturday Bonus Jackpots.

SATURDAY CASH DRAWS

34. All Rewards members will be able to earn entries into the Saturday Cash Draws as below;

35. An Electronic draws will take place after Jackpot Bonussing session on Saturdays where a total of Five (5) winners will be selected at 21h30.
36. Patrons can only win once per promotional day.
37. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
38. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
39. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the eHosts are open. The opening and closing times for the eHosts will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
40. Qualifiers will need to enter the draws by printing their ticket at any e-Host on draw day which will automatically get into the electronic draw bin.
41. Draw tickets can be printed from 08h00 until 21h25 for all Gold Reef City Rewards cardholders on the promotional days.

42. If a participant declines to be present at the live draw, he/she must nominate a person to stand in on his/her behalf and both the participant and nominee must present positive and acceptable form of identification and both parties must complete and sign the proxy form.
43. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
44. All Participants are required to be present at the live draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of the draw.
45. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
46. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
47. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.

MONTH-END DRAWS

48. Entries for the monthly draws can only be obtained through points earned during the promotional period.
49. Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using their Rewards card.
50. There will be no CAP on entries per draw and participants can only win once per draw bin.
51. Points earning will be per monthly draw and will NOT be rolled over during the promotional period.
52. Monthly draws will be conducted electronically draws whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system
53. Electronic draws will take place at 14h00, 15h00, 16h00, 17h00 and 18h00 on the specified draw days at the designated draw area, where 3 (three) winners will be selected per draw bin.
54. All qualifying Patrons for the Draws will be required to activate their entries by printing their receipts at the Ehost or via the Tsogo Sun Gaming Mobile App to be eligible for a Prize. Draw registration via the Mobile App requires that the Patron is Active (Card in Slot Machine or Active on a Tables Game) in order for the Mobile App to permit entry registration.

56. Once all the 15 (fifteen) winners have been drawn, all the 15 winner receipts will be entered into a manual bin, where 1 name will be drawn each month for a finalist spot for the Grand Finale.

WILD CARD DRAW

66. The Wild Card draw will be held where an additional 2 finalists will be drawn from Gold Reef City, to make it a total of 5 Finalists from Gold Reef City and 5 Finalists from each participating property.
67. Electronic draws will take place immediately after the final monthly draw on Sunday, 24 November 2024 at the designated draw area.
68. The 2 Finalist will be drawn from the Month-end draw bins (Bins 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) and a manual draw of the numbers 1 to 5 will be used to determine which bins the finalists will be drawn from.
69. All Participants or nominated proxy will be required to be present on the respective dates/times to be eligible for a finalist spot.

70. GRAND FINALE DRAW
    1. Grand Finale will be open to all qualifying Rewards cardholders who are verified as finalists from the different units.
    2. A manual draw will take place at Montecasino on Sunday, 1 December 2024 at 16h00 where a total of Five (5) winners will be selected.
    3. All Participants or nominated proxies will be required to be present on the respective dates/times in order to make their choice during the selection mechanic to determine the prize to be won.
    4. The 5 winners drawn will be given an opportunity to choose a card from the Royal Flush in the order that they were drawn.
    5. Each Royal Flush card (Ace, King, Queen, Jack and 10 cards) will represent one of the prizes – The order of the cards will not necessarily determine the size of the prize (For example choosing the Ace card will not necessarily mean that the card has the biggest prize behind it).
71. Entries for the draws cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
72. All draws will be electronic draws whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system and ticket entry will be activated via the eHost, except for the Tsogo Sun Experience Bonus Draws which will only be through the Tsogo Sun Gaming mobile App.
73. All draws will be attendance draws and participants can only win once per draw.
74. Draw times and dates; will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
75. All Participants are required to be present at the draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for their Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of the first draw.
76. Participants or duly authorised representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required.
77. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant prize winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
78. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
79. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
80. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winners that do not attend the draws, via the contact details available on the database.
81. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
82. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes (Acknowledgement of Receipt form).
83. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
84. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
85. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
86. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
