1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This Promotion takes place every Wednesdays at 13h00 at Gold Reef City’s promotional stage in the Month of April, May and June 2024.
5. This promotion will be open to specific Gold Reef Rewards cardholders with all tiers being able to receive an accumulative amount of tickets by activating their tickets as follows:
6. Qualifiers will need to go to the e-Host machine to activate their tickets in order to be able to claim their tickets. In order to claim all possible tickets, guests will need to activate tickets every day from Monday to Wednesday. Tickets that are not activated cannot be claimed (i.e. if a qualifier does not activate their tickets available on any of the days, they will forfeit those tickets.)
7. Draw tickets can be redeemed on the promotional draw day from 08h00 until 13h00 at any eHost.
8. Winners will have a choice of 1 of 10 podiums to select which contains cash prizes. 1 of the 10 podiums will contain a Cash progressive prize of R10, 000 Cash which will increase by R2, 500 weekly if not won. The Progressive prize will be guaranteed on the last promotion day (26 June 2024) and will be split equally amongst the winners if the actual progressive prize is not won on the day.
9. Prize winners and proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce positive and acceptable form of identification.
10. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
11. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
12. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.
13. Prizes are not transferrable.
14. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
17. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
18. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
